About the role:
Join MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in filtration technology as a Service Desk Analyst (1st level IT Support with Polish).
You’ll provide remote IT support to Polish and English-speaking colleagues, helping resolve technical issues and improve user experience across MANN+HUMMEL locations worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide remote 1st level IT support for MANN+HUMMEL employees in Poland and other locationsResolve incidents and process requests using the ServiceNOW ticketing systemDevelop and update instructions for internal usersCommunicate with users via MS TeamsTroubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft , and other softwareYour Profile:
Education: High school diploma, preferably in a technical fieldExperience: Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage, but not requiredSkills: Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Office ; strong interest in ITLanguages: Fluent Polish (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2) are required; German is a significant advantageCompetencies: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and proactivityPlease note that relocation support is not provided for this role.
