Job description 
We are seeking for multilingual candidates who speak fluent English and German with customer service background and willingness to learn.
Your new Client Support Advisor role will include:
Taking care of an assigned portfolio of customersAssisting customers with how-to’sHandling customer service inquiries and issues via telephone or emailEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and customersPerforming day-to-day administrative tasks on requests such as maintaining records and process paperworkAdvising customers regarding order entry, purchase orders, logistics, delivery, as well as collect customer feedbackSupporting the customer during the entire order to cash processMaintaining and managing relationships with themSolving possible issues and giving advice if neededContract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation

 Requirements 
Fluent ENGLISH and GERMAN in both written and oral form, min.
