What Your New Challenge Will Look Like
As a customer care specialist at 4flow, you are the first point of contact for our customers who rely on you to support them with any matter they might have.
Your daily tasks will include:
Providing professional customer care via e-mail and phone
Delivering thoughtful and smart solutions in high-pressured situations while still having important details in mind
Define and solve our customers queries in a timely manner
Think fast and work proactively and always keep on top of things in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
