This internship is a full-time, unpaid opportunity in our Prague Digital Hub, with a chance for you to discover what it's like to work in one of the top 5 FMCG companies in the world.
You will work on real business projects and will be in frequent contact with your line manager to align on your next steps and responsibilities.

What will you be doing during the internship?We are looking for motivated interns to join one of our fast-paced and dynamic teams in the
Data Capability Department.
You will play a key role in our
International Supply Chain transformation journey, helping to build
next-generation data solutions that drive informed decision-making across the globe.
From automating manual processes to designing intelligent dashboards and exploring cutting-edge use cases in
AI and machine learning, you’ll work hands-on with tools like
Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and
Databricks.
In our Data Capabilities teamyou will be responsible for:Build smart automations, data pipelines, and interactive dashboards using Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, and Databricks.
Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand real-world problems and convert them into data-driven solutions.
Design and maintain efficient, scalable data models, focusing on performance, reusability, and user accessibility.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and global data regulations.
Apply advanced analytics to generate actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the supply chain.
Explore and prototype AI and machine learning use cases to boost automation, prediction, and operational intelligence.
Maintain and enhance existing BI dashboards and reports as part of our BAU (Business As Usual) support.
Create documentation in line with ABI internal controls and automation governance standards.
Contribute to global transformation initiatives and support structural improvements in data workflows.
Internship Duration The duration of the internship can range from 3 to 6 months or more, depending on your availability.

Internship Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who:
Is currently enrolled as a university student or recently graduated.
Has legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic.
Demonstrates a willingness to relocateto the Czech Republic for the duration of the internship.
Exhibits an advanced level of proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is highly advantageous.
Displays a proactive issue-solving mindset, interest in Data Analytics, Project/Portfolio Management or Finance and a strong eagerness to learn.
Ideally has knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, SAP or programming experience.
Understands and aligns with the team/company culture and goals, taking proactive steps to contribute to their achievement.
Is capable of handling confidential information with trustworthiness and discretion.
Has the ability to comprehend end-to-end processes and optimize them for efficiency and effectiveness.
Demonstrates a keen sense of stakeholder management responsibilities and can effectively manage tasks with multiple deadlines.
Excels as a team player, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and key contacts.
