The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned leader to own and elevate the design, delivery, and transformation of our HR Shared Services and HR technology platforms.
This is a dual-function leadership role: you will build, scale, and optimize a global HRSS team, while also steering the strategy, roadmap, and operations of our HRIS ecosystem (Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow, Power BI analytics, and integrated tooling).
This is a high-impact role where you will shape the way employees interact with HR from onboarding to exit - enabling efficiency, consistency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making across all regions.
