We're looking for a seasoned and dynamic **HR Manager** to lead our team at our state-of-the-art plant in Hustopeče, Czech Republic.
In this pivotal role, you will be a **key member of the plant's management team** , helping to shape our business strategy and drive our high-performance culture.
As the leader of the HR team, you will manage the full HR lifecycle, from strategic recruitment and onboarding to performance management and legal compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the HR team to effectively support all plant employees and managers.
+ Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the entire hiring process and design programs to smoothly integrate new employees.
+ Employee Relations: Handle all employee concerns, promoting open communication and a positive work environment.
+ Performance Management: Oversee performance systems, working with managers to support employee development.
+ Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR practices align with Czech labor laws and develop policies that support our organizational goals.

**What You Bring:**
