What You Will Do:

  • Provide comprehensive onsite and desk side support, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA by troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues for PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Perform hardware lifecycle tasks, including building and configuring PCs with a "Gold" image, replacing defective components in end-user equipment and data center devices, and providing "smart hands" support for data center equipment like tape changes and cable reconnections.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by meticulously updating tickets daily, supporting meeting room and video conferencing environments, and maintaining professional customer-facing relationships with end-users and team members.


Requirements

What You Need:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Windows 7/10, Office applications, and PC/laptop hardware (building, configuring, troubleshooting).

    Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/Intune, mobile device support (iOS/Android), and Mac OS is highly beneficial.

  • Hands-On Experience & Certifications: Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and "rack and stack" of data center equipment.

    Completion of relevant CompTIA (e.g., A+, Network+) and Microsoft (e.g., MCP) certifications is essential or near-complete.

  • Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.

    You must possess strong oral, written, and telephone communication skills in both English and the local language.

  • Initiative & Organization: The ability to work independently and unsupervised, proactively taking initiative while being highly organized and able to prioritize work appropriately in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
  • Process Adherence: Experience using a call logging system to manage tickets and a disciplined approach to working to specified standards, ethical practices, and SLAs.
