Learning & Development administrator Job Opening In Prague – Now Hiring PwC

& Summary

Do našeho oddělení vzdělávání a rozvoje, které zajišťuje a organizuje různá školení pro naše interní zaměstnance, hledáme spolehlivého a šikovného kolegu/kolegyni, se smyslem pro detail a pořádek, analytickým myšlením a chutí podílet se na vzdělávání pro Assurance line of service PwC ČR.

O čem bude tvoje role

  • Úzká spolupráce v tandemu s L&D Advisorem, L&D Leaderem a regionálním L&D týmem při plánování, přípravě a realizaci povinných interních školení pro oddělení auditu (cca 600 zaměstnanců) 

  • Komplexní administrativa spojená s organizací školení (nominace účastníků dle kvalifikačních předpokladů, příprava pozvánek, evidence účastníků v LMS a dashboard nástrojích, komunikace s interními lektory, kompletace a tisk materiálů, rezervace místností, zajišťování občerstvení, zasílání formulářů zpětné vazby) 

  • Tvorba reportů, administrace databáze, práce s interními systémy a dashboardy 

  • Koordinace externích vzdělávacích programů a akcí pro PwC xLoS populaci & spolupráce s dodavateli (přihlašování, zajišťování plateb)

  • Další činnosti spojené s L&D agendou (fakturace, komunikace s marketingovým oddělením, event a travel týmem) 

  • Co by Ti nemělo chybět

  • Středoškolské, bakalářské nebo vysokoškolské vzdělání a alespoň 1-2 roky praxe na obdobné pozici (koordinace a správa procesů spojených se vzdělávacími nebo eventovými aktivitami) 

  • Vynikající organizační dovednosti v oblasti řízení projektů, samostatnost a proaktivita 

  • Schopnost samostatného rozhodování, dobrá a otevřená komunikace v týmu, zodpovědný přístup ke svěřeným úkolům 

  • Vysoká míra pečlivosti a smyslu pro detail a správnost 

  • Plynulá znalost českého a anglického jazyka slovem i písmem 

  • Prokazatelná zkušenost s prací v MS Office a MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Teams) 

  • Otevřenost k ovládnutí pokročilejších nástrojů datové analytiky (Power BI) 

  • Flexibilita při zvládání sezónních i mimosezónních úkolů 

  • Týmový duch a chuť navazovat spolupráci s relevantními team leadery Assurance týmů
