**The Opportunity**
  
For our Core Diagnostics Division  **CDx**  we are looking for  **Regional Key Account Manager**  for  **AlinIQ Laboratory Informatics Systems**  **.**  The position will support  **AlinIQ**  sales activities and build strong relationships with our clients across Czechia and Slovakia.
  
**What You'll do:**
  
+ Analyze and understand customer’s additional pain points to create and propose additional enablers as value expansion opportunities, responsible to close the sales cycle.
+ Responsible in advanced and functionaltrainingof the customers for AlinIQ enablers, during laboratory day-to-dayoperations.
+ Engage with the customer to improve daily workflows and resolve challenges by connecting them to AlinIQ functionalities.
+ Ensure the maximum utilization of AlinIQ enablers at customer site, consequently, creating the most value and best RoI from the IT solutions.
+ Responsible forpresentationof AlinIQ OPEX Enabler at customer site.
+ Supportcreation of SOW inPre salesphase in partnership with Customer and CORE sales roles.
+ Increasecustomer satisfactionand NPS, accordingly create value expansion opportunities andcommunicatewith coresales team.
+ Must deep dive oncustomer needsand answer by using AlinIQ enablers.
Ultimate aim is to transform every customer into a AlinIQ reference site.
+ With hyper-care minimize inadequatetrainingassociated errors and issues, thus reducecustomer complaintsand avoidablesupportworkload on ITSS team.
  
**Required qualifications & background:**
  
+ Good understanding of IT technology within hospital and laboratory environment, how technologydrivesvalue in the broader healthcare and laboratory space.
+ IT functional expertise, IT product andindustry knowledgein Healthcare and/orLaboratory Medicinepreferred.
+ Hands On ability to execute, process,communicateand present clinical and payment related information to a high standard.
+ Should have a clear lab IT solutions acquaintance and appreciation.
+ Ideally **,** be an active user of allIT systemsin the lab, and preferably being the “right hand” of the lab director for IT related requests.
+ Goodanalytical skills, problems solving approach.
+ Willingness to challenge and improve the status-quo is mandatory.
+ Excellent communicationandpresentationskills.
+ Externalcustomer focuswith strongnetworkingcapabilities.
+ University degree is a must (medical,life sciences, IT or medical technology preferred).
+ Ability to travel on a daily basis across assigned territory.
+ Fluent in Englishand local language is a must.
