Key responsibilities span across insight delivery, efficiency, and advanced analysis.

You’ll build dashboards and self-service tools using modern BI platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Synapse, applying techniques such as DAX and semantic modeling to scale insights.

You’ll drive innovation by implementing repeatable processes, recommending automation, and contributing to experimentation frameworks.

Your work will involve hands-on collaboration with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines, resolve quality issues, and uphold governance standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Build Insightful Tools: Create dashboards and self-service reports using platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics, applying techniques such as Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query.
+ Drive Scalable Analytics: Implement repeatable, self-service processes and recommend automation and artificial intelligence–based solutions to improve speed and efficiency.
+ Lead Advanced Analysis: Apply statistical methods and experimentation frameworks to answer business questions and generate actionable insights.
+ Ensure Data Integrity: Collaborate with data engineers to maintain reliable pipelines, resolve data quality issues, and enforce privacy, security, and ethical artificial intelligence standards.
+ Translate Strategy into Data Solutions: Convert business needs into technical requirements and guide decisions through high-impact analytics.
+ Promote Collaboration and Adoption: Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment on data tools, sources, and methodologies.
+ Shape Platform Evolution: Influence how data is ingested, transformed, and consumed, contributing to platform strategy and scaling impact across teams.
+ Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive self-service tools using modern BI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Titan, Cosmos, Synapse).
+ Apply advanced techniques such as DAX, Power Query, and semantic data modeling to deliver scalable insights.
+ Craft cohesive narratives that highlight business impact and recommended next steps.
+ Coach others on best practices for presenting data and influencing decision-makers.
+ Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to connect insights directly to roadmap decisions and user behavior improvements.

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
+ OR equivalent experience.

**Other Requirements** **:**

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND senior-level experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
