As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of passionate engineers, shape technical strategy and drive innovation to ensure every interaction in Microsoft Teams feel seamless, responsive, and trustworthy while fostering a culture of inclusion and engineering excellence.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and grow a team of software engineers, providing coaching and career development.
+ Define technical strategy and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and services.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities and execution.
+ Champion engineering excellence, reliability, and security.
+ Foster an inclusive team culture that values diversity and psychological safety.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Management experience in software engineering.
+ Strong technical background in large-scale full-stack applications.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
+ Experience with React, Typescript/Javascript, FluentUI.
**Other Requirements:**
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check:** This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
