What you’ll build

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Handle transactional and administrative tasks to support client setup and account maintenance.
  • Respond to queries from clients, account managers, and internal teams with accurate and professional support.
  • Manage escalations and follow-up cases, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

 

What you bring:

  • Business fluency in English and French as must
  • You are a recent graduate or a young professional with up to 3 years of working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in client onboarding, customer support, operations, or a related back-office role (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
