Location: Czech Republic (covering Czech Republic & Slovakia)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training & Development Specialist to drive the learning and performance culture across our dealer network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

This role will play a key part in building the competencies of our dealership teams and internal employees, ensuring consistent brand experience and operational excellence across both markets.

You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing impactful training programs — from sales and product knowledge to soft skills and leadership development — while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and training providers.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design, deliver, and coordinate training programs for dealerships and internal teams, both in-person and virtually.


  • Develop and localize training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning content, and videos) to reflect market needs, cultural nuances, and brand standards.


  • Plan and manage multiple training programs simultaneously across different regions and with various training vendors.


  • Conduct post-training evaluations and satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.


  • Collaborate closely with dealership managers and HQ teams to identify skill gaps, update curricula, and align training priorities with business goals.


  • Support new dealership onboarding, ensuring staff are fully prepared before launch.


  • Deliver internal soft-skill training (leadership, communication, time management, and teamwork) to enhance organizational capability.


  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and training best practices to ensure the relevance and impact of all training initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or corporate training, ideally within the automotive industry.


  • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.


  • Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken).


  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; experience in video editing or e-learning tools is an advantage.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.


  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, able to manage multiple programs and vendors concurrently.


  • Open to frequent travel within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
